Merlin insurance protects you against the consequences of having your payment (debit or credit) cards abused if lost or stolen, the risk of an unauthorized withdrawal of cash, theft of your personal effects (payment card, mobile phone, glasses, mp3 player, notebook, wallet, cosmetics, etc.), including your identification documents and keys the loss of which together with the card is also insured. The abuse of mobile phones is also covered. In addition, this unique insurance coverage appertains to collected KB bank fees as well.

Merlin covers all payment cards issued to a current or loan account opened in the name of the insured and provided by Komerční banka or other banks.

Please report any loss or theft of the card to Komerční banka – telephone number (+420) 955 512 230 – without undue delay, and, at the same time, inform Komerční pojišťovna a.s. about the insured event occurrence – telephone number (+420) 222 095 888.
